Working with a mix of international and indigenous varieties, Angelos crafts some of the most desirable wines in the region using his precise winemaking style. His Turtles Vineyard bottling is all from north-western exposed vines planted between 620-710 meters. At vinification, the grapes are destemmed and cold-soak macerated before pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tank begins. Once fermentation finishes, the wine is aged sur lie for a few months in tank. Malagouzia is a lively and aromatic grape showing flavors of melon, stone fruit, lychee and honeysuckle.
