Bodega Otazu is a wine estate near Pamplona, in Navarra, northern Spain. It is the northernmost of (at the time of writing) only 19 Spanish wineries to have been given the vinos de pago  Appellation of Origin. This recognizes wineries producing single-estate wines of outstanding quality. This a blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon aged 18 months in French oak.
