The Monastrell ferments in 11,000 liter French oak foudres, followed by malolactic fermentation in new 500 liter French oak barrels, and finally a minimum aging of 12 months in used barriques.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine has an intense and clear ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits, subtle notes of cocoa, roasted coffee and leather.
