In the old days Publicans used to spread sand on bar floors to catch the slops and spills. At the end of each day this sand was swept up by Sandboys. It was thirsty work and they were part paid in drink to keep them merry. These days it might seem like a raw deal but happy was the man who got a free tipple and found dropped treasures amongst the sand. Sandboy Albariño - a diamond in the rough! 

Pale straw yellow in colour. Green tints. Fresh cut grass and citrus fruit. Lush acidity, fresh and light with soft stone-fruit finish
