Notes from the Winemaker

Made 100% from Carricante, the noble indigenous white grape variety of the Etna volcano. The grapes come from vineyards located on the eastern and southern slopes of Mount Etna. This wine is pale yellow with greenish tints. On the nose, intense, delicate aromas that are mildly fruity (apple). Dry mineral with pleasant acidity, saline notes and a long finish.
