"The 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Terre d’Argile is also terrific and, as expected, brings more richness and depth. There's no Les Garrigues in the vintage, so all of the old vine Grenache that normally goes into that cuvée is in here. Black raspberries, darker fruits, ground pepper, and some meaty and floral notes give way to a pretty, medium-bodied, nicely concentrated 2021 that has good acidity and enough tannins to allow it to evolve for at least 5-6 years. It's a terrific Côtes Du Rhône, especially in the vintage."
Notes from the Winemaker
Between tapenade and blackcurrant, the cuvée Terre d'Argile offers a concentrate of aromas. Dense and fleshy, the mouth reveals deep and smooth notes of ripe fruit, and a lingering finish.
Pair with lamb chops.

Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

We cannot ship wine/sake to the following states: AL, DE, KS, KY, MI, MS, ND, NH, NJ, NV, PA, SD, TN, UT, VA, VT.
Flat Rate shipping for $35 for all purchases under $500. For any order over $500, we offer free shipping.
International Shipping
Generally, we do not ship internationally, as some countries have restrictions on wine/sake shipping. Please send an email to elizabeth@inthecru.com before purchasing. In all cases, local taxes and shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
Signature Policy
For successful delivery of your wine or sake on the initial try, we highly advise selecting an address where an individual aged at least 21 is present to sign for the package. Legally, wine cannot be left without such a signature. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees for packages returned due to the absence of an adult for signing. Shipments cannot be sent to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes. Additionally, deliveries will not be made to individuals deemed intoxicated by the driver.
