Visitors to the Mas d’en Gil estate are often emotionally moved by what they see. A few meters after leaving the main road, the views open up to show off the vineyard which is the essence of Priorat. Vineyard terraces, hazelnut groves, rows of olive trees: the aesthetic element however is based on order. There is simplicity and yet it is filled with an invisible, but palpable orderliness. The track continues upwards towards the house with can be made out in the distance, protected to the rear by silhouettes of mountains. There is a sense of height, clarity, with the winds carrying aromas of forest floor, wild fennel, wood and stones.

Notes from the Winemaker
This land has inspired the organization of Mas d’en Gil. The different terroirs, aspects and microclimates have determined the crops planted, the function and buildings constructed. There is a will to delve deeper and for respect as well as a pact with nature: to care for and listen to the land. This is how it has been and how it always will be, today with the new energy which the biodynamic farming methods have brought to the land.
The baby wine of the estate expresses the young Garnatxa (Grenache) vineyards of the village of Bellmunt, in the south of Priorat. It is open and vibrant, light on the palate with a plethora of citric and peach sensations coupled with mineral notes and the refreshingly fine sweetness which sets Mas d’en Gil wines apart.

Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Flat Rate shipping for $35 for all purchases under $500. For any order over $500, we offer free shipping.
International Shipping
Generally, we do not ship internationally, as some countries have restrictions on wine/sake shipping. Please send an email to elizabeth@inthecru.com before purchasing. In all cases, local taxes and shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
Signature Policy
For successful delivery of your wine or sake on the initial try, we highly advise selecting an address where an individual aged at least 21 is present to sign for the package. Legally, wine cannot be left without such a signature. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees for packages returned due to the absence of an adult for signing. Shipments cannot be sent to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes. Additionally, deliveries will not be made to individuals deemed intoxicated by the driver.
