Made by the historic Bisol family, whose winemaking heritage dates back to 1542, Jeio is an inviting expression of Prosecco designed for everything from a spontaneous aperitivo to a festive celebration.

The wine displays a brilliant pale straw-yellow color with fine, lively bubbles. Aromas of crisp green apple, ripe pear, citrus and spring blossoms lead to a fresh, fruit-forward palate with delicate floral notes and refreshing acidity. Dry and easy-drinking, it finishes clean and bright, making it an appealing choice for both casual sipping and entertaining.

What Makes It Special?

The Bisol family has a long history in Veneto, particularly in the hills of Valdobbiadene, one of Italy's most celebrated areas for Prosecco. The Jeio name represents a contemporary, approachable style that brings the family's sparkling-wine heritage to a wider audience.

The principal grape is Glera, prized for its delicate floral aromas, fresh orchard-fruit character and natural acidity. The standard Jeio Brut Prosecco DOC blend is listed as at least 85% Glera, with international grape varieties making up the remainder.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested during late summer and early autumn. Fermentation and sparkling-wine production preserve the wine's fresh fruit aromatics and lively bubbles, emphasizing freshness rather than oak or extended bottle aging.

Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Flat Rate shipping for $35 for all purchases under $500. For any order over $500, we offer free shipping.

International Shipping

Generally, we do not ship internationally, as some countries have restrictions on wine/sake shipping. Please send an email to elizabeth@inthecru.com before purchasing. In all cases, local taxes and shipping will be paid by the purchaser.

Signature Policy

For successful delivery of your wine or sake on the initial try, we highly advise selecting an address where an individual aged at least 21 is present to sign for the package. Legally, wine cannot be left without such a signature. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees for packages returned due to the absence of an adult for signing. Shipments cannot be sent to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes. Additionally, deliveries will not be made to individuals deemed intoxicated by the driver.
