TASTING NOTES:

View: Cherry red color, with a high layer, very bright and clean that, in movement, leaves us with an abundant, fast and tinted tear

Nose: High intensity, with a lot of red and black fruit (currant, plum, blackberry). Floral. Nuts. Spices. Toffee.

Mouth: It leaves us with a wide entrance, with an elegant mid-palate, also broad, sweet, silky, with a ripe and sweet tannin. Good acidity. Great persistence and a long finish.

Aging: 22 months in French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.

Optimal serving temperature: 16ºC.

Pairings: With red meats, game, roasts, stews and poultry.

A single-varietal Tempranillo wine made by Silvia González García under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Harvesting, pruning, bottling,... He does everything in this project. which was born in 2014 with 1.5 hectares to make its wine, and 'embroiders it'.

The grapes come from a single plot located in the Olmos de Peñafiel moorland, Ribera del Duero, vineyards with an average age of 30 years on limestone soil with limestone gravel, at an altitude of 880 meters, in the highest areas of Valladolid.

Title to, and Ownership of Alcoholic Beverages

Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Shipping to Other States

We may ship wine or sake, on your behalf, to some States in the Continental US. Please send an email to elizabeth@inthecru.com if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

We cannot ship wine/sake to the following states: AL, DE, KS, KY, MI, MS, ND, NH, NJ, NV, PA, SD, TN, UT, VA, VT.

Flat Rate shipping for $35 for all purchases under $500. For any order over $500, we offer free shipping.

International Shipping

Generally, we do not ship internationally, as some countries have restrictions on wine/sake shipping. Please send an email to elizabeth@inthecru.com before purchasing. In all cases, local taxes and shipping will be paid by the purchaser.

Signature Policy

For successful delivery of your wine or sake on the initial try, we highly advise selecting an address where an individual aged at least 21 is present to sign for the package. Legally, wine cannot be left without such a signature. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees for packages returned due to the absence of an adult for signing. Shipments cannot be sent to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes. Additionally, deliveries will not be made to individuals deemed intoxicated by the driver.
