Also known as Kyoto Junmai Daiginjo, this Genji Princess sake as a mild and rich taste and soft texture with very aromatic ends. The Fine Sake Award 2021 Grand Gold winner! Easy to drink with all kinds of Japanese dishes!

Junmai indicates that the sake is brewed with only rice, water, yeast, and koji. Daiginjo means that it is brewed with rice milled down down to 45% of original size.
