What Makes It Special?

Hertelendy sources fruit from some of Napa Valley's distinguished hillside and volcanic vineyard sites, including Atlas Peak and the estate's Rockwell Ridge Vineyard in Crystal Springs AVA. Winemaking

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by smaller quantities of Bordeaux varieties that add complexity and structure. The wine was aged for 23 months in French and Hungarian oak, with 90% new oak. This extended maturation contributes layers of spice, texture and aromatic complexity while supporting the wine's substantial tannic framework.

Production was limited to approximately 299 cases, making it a distinctive addition to a premium Napa Valley collection.
